Did you know that you could actually save hundreds of dollars by using your dental benefits before the end of the year? We wanted to remind you to make sure and take advantage of any unused insurance benefits, unused Flex Spending (FSA), or healthcare (HSA) benefits you may have remaining, since most companies do not allow you to carry these over to the next year.
The yearly maximum is the most money that the dental insurance plan will pay for your dental work within one full year. This amount varies by insurance company, but the average tends to be around 1,000 dollars per year, per person.
By delaying dental treatment, you are risking more extensive and expensive treatment down the road. The yearly maximum usually renews every year (on January 1, if your plan is on the calendar year) and If you have unused benefits, these will not rollover! When the New Year begins, you will need to meet that deductible again and this year’s benefits will be lost.
The end of the year is fast approaching! We would like to schedule your appointment to maximize your insurance benefits. Call Dedicated Dental at (702) 566-5509, to make sure that your dental benefits are used before the end of the year (12/31).
